13th Annual African Cultural Festival ‘FestAfrica 2015′ to be held on Saturday August 8th & Sunday August 9th from 1pm to 8pm on both days at Veterans Plaza - 1 Veterans Place, Silver Spring MD, 20906 (Corner of Fenton St. and Ellsworth Drive). The festival is Free to the Public. Come with your lawn chair or stand and enjoy great performances, Rain or Shine!
FestAfrica is hosted by Afropolitan Youth Association and has grown to become DMV’s largest African Festival with over 8,000 people expected expected attendees. The festival will feature music by local and international African Artists and dance performances, African cuisine, vendors, games for children, health fair, career fair, and tourism fair and many more.
